JASON MCKEOWN'S AND JUSTIN FOUNTAIN'S 32X REPORT

To choose an interesting topic which will probably catch someone's eye is very difficult. My friend, Justin Fountain, and I have decided on a topic which is interesting to kids around the world, the 32X for Sega's Genisis.

If you wish to learn on other projects the Sega co. has developed, click theSEGA Home Page .

Yet there is not enough information to talk on and on about the two 32bit coprocessesing chips. We are going to we are going to help you in finding information on the system. This is possible in a couple ways:

We will show you the list of new 32x games.
In addition here is some more info on the Neptune Project [a combination of a 32x and Genisis in one system].

THE 32X

The 32x is an add on piece of equipment which attaches to the Genisis [the main system]. It uses two 32 bit coprocessesing chips which up grade the original 16-bit system into a full flowing 32-bit system. This is a great deal for those people who have 16-bit system and do not want to spend $300.00 on a totally new system.

THE GAMES

The games which attach to the 32x can be loaded to give about 32,560 colors a second and around 24,890 polygons [3-d images] a second. I believe this is a great idea formed by SEGA to not leave its Genisis lovers behind.

THE PRICE

You would expect that a system upgrade like this to cost up to $250.00 and up, but the price for this system is only $160.00. Now if you have a parent which is not looking to buy a high price system, ask them to read this article.
