A Ring of Endless Light

While the Austins are on their summer vacation on an island, where their grandfather lives, the oldest girl in the family, Vicki is faced with some important decisions. Should she hang around with proud, rich Zachary who wants her to carry his heavy burdens or Leo, who has always been a trusted companion, or Adam who despite his deep dark secret, shows her his best friends, the dolphins?

To make matters worse, she holds a dying child that she vaguely knows. She is unknowingly thrown into despair. It seems that nothing matters to her anymore. Her grandfather gives her advice. If she takes it, will it help her to see again the Ring of Endless Light?

Bugs Potter Live at Nickaninny

Bugs Potter loves two things: going to rock concerts and playing the drums. In Bugs Potter Live at Nickanniny, Bugs is stuck with his family at Lake Naka-mee-chee with no drums, no radio, and no rock concerts. What can he do?!

A. Can he smuggle a tape deck in with his clothes? B. Can he find somewhere to build a set of drums when weird things are starting to happen? In this book, Bugs solves the mystery of a lost Indian tribe, forms a rock group and finds a very different audience. How he forms the rock group and who the audience consists of is a good part of the story. If you read this book and like it, you might want to read Who is Bugs Potter.
