  1. Read all about the Pillars of Character.
  2. Try to think of a person who exhibits these characteristics. A great place to look is the Academy of Achievement where you can see video and sound clips of famous American heroes. You could also write about someone in your own family or neighborhood.
  3. Why do you admire this person? What makes him stand out from all others? Do you consider him to be a good roll model?  Why?  Write about what made you pick out this person from all the rest. (Please edit your work and use correct spelling and grammar.  You could ask your language arts teacher or parent to help.)
  4. Read our Guidelines for Publishing student work. 
  5. Fill out the form below and submit it.
