Join the International Celebration of A Day Without Violence!

What Can YOU Do to Stop Violence?

  • Kids Speak First Voice your opinion at the Global Forum in Atlanta. More than 360 people from around the globe, including 40 youth participants, will convene in Atlanta, April 9-12, 1996 to address child survival and development issues including the physical, mental, economic and educational factors necessary for children to achieve their full potential. You can share your opinion directly from these pages.

  • Read about Martin Luther King: Read this Seattle Times article about the Man of Peace whom we honor on April 4, the anniversary of the assassination of Dr. Martin Luther King.

  • Write to the Children of Israel: You can send your words of comfort directly to those affected by the violence in Israel. You can also read letters of kindness written by students all over the world. Special thanks to David Lloyd for setting up this page.
